Pork with tartar sauce


600g loin of pork, garlic, 60g julienned almonds, 40g ground cinnamon, 15g ginger, 1 teaspoon cloves, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 boiled egg yolkes, vinegar.


Roast the loin of pork and serve it sliced with sauce. Sauce: blanch the garlic in boiling water, grind the almonds, egg yolkes, garlic and spices, dilute with vinegar and some of the roast juices.
